Do not take more than specified amount.

Do Not Use
when taking painkillers and laxatives.
When Using
it is normal to have diarrhea for 2-3 days.
Directions
For those under 60 years old, take one package (9g) three times a day, two hours after breakfast and lunch, and one package (9g) 30 minutes before going to bed It is recommended to eat one package (9g) 2 hours after breakfast and one package (9g) 30 minutes before going to bed.
Other Information
It is recommended to go to a regular hospital for check up after 3 months. Avoid cold and avoid spicy food while taking it.
