This is a Drug Facts sheet for a skin protectant cream containing 40% Zinc Oxide. It is used to protect chafed skin due to wetness and to treat and prevent diaper rash. The product should be applied externally, avoiding contact with the eyes. If the condition worsens or does not improve after 7 days, it is recommended to consult a doctor. In case of ingestion, contact Poison Control Center immediately. The cream should be applied liberally to the affected area, especially during diaper changes and when exposed to wetness for an extended period.
