Dosage & Administration
Mix with half a cup of water one hour before bedtime 3-4 times per day. Ages 12 or older, 25-30 drops. Ages 12-2, 10 drops. Ages 2 and under, consult your Doctor.

Valeriana D3: 1.50mL
