This is a drug fact label for a pain relieving cream which contains benzalkonium chloride (0.13 % w/w) as an active ingredient for first aid antiseptic and lidocaine hydrochloride (0.5 % w/w) as an active ingredient for pain relief. This drug is recommended for minor cuts, scrapes, and burns. It helps prevent infections and temporarily provides relief from pain and itching associated with minor burns, minor cuts, and scrapes. However, there are several warnings related to the use of this cream. It must not be used on large areas of the body, over raw surfaces, or blistered areas. It also should not be used longer than 1 week unless directed by a doctor. Users are advised to consult a doctor before using it, especially if they have deep or puncture wounds, serious burns, or animal bites. If the condition persists or worsens, or if symptoms persist for more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few days, users must stop using it and seek medical attention. This cream should be kept out of reach of children, and in case of accidental ingestion, medical attention must be sought immediately. The cream must be applied to the affected area not more than 3 times daily by adults and children two years of age and older.
