Directions:
Adults: Apply 3-9 sprays under the tongue 3 times per day. Up to 9 sprays can be used when energy levels are low or extra support is needed. Hold spray under tongue for 15 seconds before swallowing.
Children over 12: Apply 1-3 sprays under the tongue 2-3 times per day, or as needed. Consult a physician for use in children under 12 years of age. Do not take within 15 minutes of consuming food or brushing teeth.
