Isopropyl Alcohol, 70% V/V is an antiseptic used for preparing the skin prior to injection. It is flammable and should be kept away from fire or flame. It should not be used with electrocautery procedures, in the eyes, on mucous membranes, or on irritated skin. If irritation or redness develops, usage should be stopped and a doctor should be consulted. It should be kept out of reach of children and if swallowed, medical help or contact with a Poison Control center should be sought immediately. The directions state to wipe the injection site vigorously and discard. It should be stored at room temperature between 15 - 30°C (59 - 86°F). The inactive ingredient is purified Water.*
