This is a description and instructions for using a Lidocaine 4% Gel-Patch for temporary relief of pain in areas such as back, neck, shoulders, knees, and elbows for up to 8 hours. It is a topical anesthetic patch meant for external use only and is child-resistant packaged. The patch should be applied to clean and dry skin, and not be used on broken, irritated, or swollen skin. It is recommended to apply one patch at a time, not exceeding 3 to 4 times daily. This product should be kept out of reach of children and pets and stored in a clean, dry place away from excessive moisture and direct sunlight. Additionally, there is a warning to avoid using more than one patch at a time, on wounds, or damaged skin, and for more than one week without consulting a doctor. If allergic reactions, worsened conditions, or persisting symptoms occur, the use of the patch should be discontinued, and a doctor should be consulted.*
