Directions

for best results use at least twice a week or as directed by a doctor.
for maximum dandruff protection control, use every time you shampoo.
use on wet hair before shampooing. Apply directly to scalp, moving front to back. Repeat to cover, massage, let sit for 3 minutes, rinse, then shampoo.
