This is a product label for Hydravex, an external use cream with Hydrocortisone 2%. The cream should be applied as a thin film to the affected area 2 to 4 times daily or as directed by a healthcare provider. Warnings include not using if allergic to any ingredients and avoiding contact with eyes. If irritation, sensitivity, or infection occurs, discontinue use.
