Dosage & Administration
- apply 1/2 -1 measured tsp,to the neck, chest, breasts, abdomen, innerarms & thighs, and gently massage until fully absorbed.
- for PMSsymptoms: use once daily for three weeks each month, pausing useduring menstruation.
- for Menopause: skip one week per month.
