These caplets contain 500mg of acetaminophen and are free of NSAID’s, Ibuprofen, Naproxen, Aspirin, and sugar. It is used to temporarily relieve minor aches and pains such as headaches, toothaches, and muscle aches. The caplets can also help reduce fever. However, there are warnings about liver damage if more than 4000mg of acetaminophen is taken in 24 hours or when combined with other medications containing acetaminophen. It is advised to consult a doctor before use if you have liver disease or are taking blood-thinning medication. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should also seek professional advice before use. It is important to keep these caplets out of reach of children and seek medical attention in case of overdose. The directions indicate not to exceed the recommended dosage and not to use for more than 10 days without consulting a doctor.*
