Hold the bottle approximately 10-15 cm (4-6 inches) from the nostrils and inhale gently. Do not place the bottle directly inside the nostrils. Close the cap tightly after each use.

Open the cap. Hold the bottle approximately 10-15 cm (4-6 inches) from the nostrils and inhale gently. Do not place the bottle directly inside the nostrils. A brief inhalation of 1-2 seconds is sufficient. Wait at least 60 minutes between uses and do not exceed 10 uses in 24 hours. Close the cap tightly after each use. Use only as needed.
