Pralsetinib is used to treat a certain type of non small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in adults that has spread to other parts of the body. It is also used to treat a certain type of thyroid cancer in adults and children 12 years of age and older that is getting worse or that has spread to other parts of the body.
