This is the prescribing information for Depo®-Estradiol, an estradiol cypionate injection, USP. The medication should be stored at room temperature between 20-25°C (68-77°F), protected from light. Each dose should be accompanied by a patient insert. The dosage and usage instructions are included in the prescribing information. The vial should be warmed and shaken to dissolve any crystals that might have formed at lower than recommended temperatures. This medication is for intramuscular use only and made in the USA. Prescription is required.*
