This is a set of instructions for using a Sodium Fluoride Mouthrinse Powder to make an oral solution. The user needs to mix the powder with tap water to make a 0.2% solution and swish 10mL vigorously in the mouth for one minute and then spit it out. The solution is recommended to be used once a week.
