This is a product information sheet for ultra itchy relief eye drops. The active ingredients of the eye drops are tetrahydrozoline HCI 0.05% and zinc sulfate 0.25%. The eye drops are for temporary relief of eye irritations, discomfort, and redness. They are an eye astringent and eye redness reliever. The eye drops come with a child safety cap and should be kept out of reach of children. The manufacturer cautions users against touching the tip of the container to any surface to avoid contamination, overuse of the eye drops, and advises users to ask a doctor before use if they have narrow-angle glaucoma. The user should not use the drops if the solution changes color or becomes cloudy. If the user experiences any eye pain or changes in vision, or if redness or irritation lasts for more than 72 hours, they should stop the use of the eye drops and consult a doctor.
