The product's directions are for users to hold the bottle upright, insert the enema tip into the rectum with a light side-to-side movement until feeling the urge to evacuate. The user should then remove the tip from the rectum and stay in that position until the urge to evacuate is strong. The product is for rectal use only and is not suitable for children under the age of 2.*
