The spray needs to be applied liberally and spread evenly 15 minutes before sun exposure, and should be reapplied after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, and every 2 hours. The product comes with warnings, such as not using it on damaged or broken skin, keeping it away from eyes, avoiding inhaling it, and not puncturing or incinerating the container as it's flammable.
