Each gram of the medication contains 2 mg of hydrocortisone valerate in a base that includes carbomer homopolymer, dibasic sodium phosphate, methylparaben, sodium lauryl sulfate, polyoxyl 2 stearyl ether, polyoxyethylene (100) stearyl ether, stearyl alcohol, white petrolatum, propylene glycol, and purified water. It is used externally and not suitable for ophthalmic use. The medication is to be stored at temperatures between 20°~25° C (68°~ 77°F) [see USP Contralled Room Temperature] and kept away from the reach of children. To puncture the tube seal, the user has to remove the cap, turn the cap upside down, place the puncture tip onto the tube, push the cap until the tube end is punctured and then screw the cap back. For dosage and other instructions, the user should refer to the package insert. The medication is manufactured and distributed by Encube Ethicals Pvt. Ltd. The expiry date is available on the flap of the carton or the crimp of the tube.*
