Encube is a topical gel with the active ingredients adapalene (0.1%) and benzoyl peroxide (25%). It is intended for use on the skin and should not be used in the eyes, mouth, or vagina. Each gram of the gel contains a combination of other ingredients including carbopol 980, d-fimonene, docusate sodium solution, edetate disodium, glycerin, poloxamer 182, polysorbate 80, propylene glycol, purified water, sodium hydroxide, and sorbitan monooleate. The usual dosage is applying a thin film once a day to the affected areas. The gel should be stored at a temperature between 20°C and 25°C (68°F - 77°F). It is important to keep the product out of reach of children. The packaging includes information about the lot number and expiration date.
