APONVIE is an injectable emulsion that comes in single-dose vials. Each vial contains 32mg of aprepitant in 44 mL of solution. It is intended for intravenous administration and must be refrigerated at 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F) and should not be frozen. APONVIE is a registered trademark of Heron Therapeutics, Inc., and is used for the treatment of nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy. The recommended dosage should be determined by a physician and can be found in the prescribing information. The vials contain inactive ingredients like sucrose, egg lecithin, and soybean oil.
