The cream should be applied liberally, as often as necessary, with each diaper change, especially at bedtime or anytime when exposure to wet diapers may be prolonged. The product comes in a 2 oz/57 g tube, and it is for external use only. If the condition worsens or does not improve in 7 days or if symptoms clear up and occur again within a few days, it is recommended to consult a doctor.*
