- Conditions worsen
- symptoms last more than seven days
- symptoms clear up and occur within a few days.

Directions
- Change wet and soiled promptly
- Cleanse the diaper area and allow to dry.
- Apply cream liberally, as often as necessary, with each diaper change, especially at bedtime or before any prolonged exposure to wet diapers.
