Med PRIDE Petroleum Jelly is a skin protectant that can be used externally. It is made using 99.9% white petrolatum and is intended to temporarily protect minor cuts, scrapes, burns, sunburns, cracked skin, diaper rashes, and also protect against cold weather and wind. The jelly helps to seal out wetness and is available in an 8 oz (226g) container. The product should only be used externally and kept out of reach of children. It is manufactured for Shield Line LLC, based in Hackensack, NJ, and made in India. The product should not be used on deep or puncture wounds, animal bites, or serious burns. If the condition worsens, lasts longer than 7 days, or returns after disappearing, the user should stop its use and seek a doctor. Moreover, contact with eyes should be avoided. In case of ingestion, medical assistance should be sought or a Poison Control Center should be contacted as soon as possible.*
