Broncomar P4 is a cough syrup that helps to loosen phlegm and thin bronchial secretions making cough more productive. It is alcohol and sugar-free and does not contain Parabens. The active ingredients are Dextromethorphan HBr USP and Guaifenesin USP. The syrup is not recommended if it causes nervousness, dizziness, or sleeplessness. For people with chronic pulmonary disease, shortness of breath, and pregnant women, it's important to ask a doctor before using the product. The syrup should not be consumed with alcoholic beverages. The syrup is not recommended for children under six years old. The syrup should be stored between 15-30 degrees Celcius.
