It is not supposed to be punctured or incinerated. The product should be sprayed directly onto the affected area without the need to rub, massage, or bandage. It is not suitable for children under 12 without a doctor's advice. This product contains ingredients such as citric acid, dimethylsulfone (MSM), eucalyptus oil, glucosamine sulfate, peppermint oil, SD alcohol 39C, and water (USP).*
