Epclusa tablets contain 400mg of sofosbuvir and 100mg of velpatasvir. They should be stored below 30°C (86°F) and dispensed only in the original container. The package insert provides information about dosage and administration. The tablets are manufactured by Gilead Sciences, Inc. in Ireland. They are available in a package of 28 tablets and should be taken once daily. There is an ALERT box on the package that should not be covered by a pharmacy label.
