This is a drug called "Chlorpheniramine Meleate" which is an antihistamine and contains a nasal decongestant called Phenylephrine HCI. It is sugar and alcohol-free with a great flavor. It is used to relieve symptoms related to upper respiratory allergies like sneezing, runny nose, itching of nose and throat, itchy watery eyes, nasal congestion, and to temporarily restore free breathing through the nose. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, it is recommended to seek advice from a healthcare professional before using it. One should not exceed the recommended dosage and use it with caution, especially if the child has heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, or a breathing problem like chronic bronchitis. It is not recommended for children who are taking sedatives or tranquilizers. If symptoms persist for more than 7 days or accompanied by fever, it could be a sign of a serious condition. Children under 12 years should consult a doctor before use. The drug should be stored at a controlled room temperature of 15-30°C and out of reach of children.*
