It does not contain asbestos and bears LOT number 0C008 which is expected to expire soon. The product is manufactured by Bryan Corporation, and its contents are considered sterile. SCLEROSOL® is an intrapleural aerosol containing sterile talc powder for pleurodesis. It is supplied in a spray canister and includes two nozzles with different lengths. SCLEROSOL® delivers approximately 1.2 g of talc per second, and the package insert includes instructions for use. It is distributed by Bryan Corporation and stored at controlled room temperature.*
