Medicom DentiCare Pro-Rinse Menthe is an oral rinse to assist in the prevention of tooth decay. This rinse contains a 2% neutral sodium fluoride solution that is particularly recommended for patients with porcelain or composite restorations. The rinse should be used by dispensing 10mL of solution into a measuring cup and rinsing vigorously for 60 seconds, around and in between teeth, then expectorating. For maximum benefit, the rinse procedure should be repeated with an additional 10 mL. The rinse should not be ingested, and the patient should not eat, drink, or rinse any other products for 30 minutes following use. The rinse can also be applied with a cotton tip applicator to teeth isolated with cotton rolls. The ingredients in the rinse include fluoride, citric acid, potassium sorbate, purified water, peppermint flavor, sodium hydroxide, sorbitol, sucralose, blue 1, and yellow 5. This product is only for professional use and not recommended for children under 6 years of age. Keep out of reach of children, store at room temperature and not at temperatures exceeding 40°C or 104°F. If the seal is broken or missing, do not use.*
