This text describes the directions for using a fluoride-based oral care product. The product is to be used after thorough prophylaxis. Before use, the bottle must be shaken vigorously and inverted 180 degrees. The tray or trays are then inserted in the mouth, and the patient is asked to keep them in the mouth for up to four minutes. After the application, the patient should not eat or drink for 30 minutes. The product contains 1.23% w/w fluoride ions, and other non-medicinal ingredients are also listed. The product should be kept away from children, and should not be exposed to high temperatures or open flames. If the seal of the container is broken, it should not be used.*
