Trulance® is a medication that comes in a package of 30 tablets which contain 3 mg of plecanatide. The medication guide should be given to each patient by the pharmacist. Trulance® should be kept in the original container to protect it from moisture and the desiccant in the bottle should not be removed. The medication is for prescription use only and its usual dosage is one tablet a day. The medication should be stored at room temperature, between 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F), and room temperature excursions are permitted to 15°C to 30°C (59°F to 86°F).
