This is a Concentrate Additive solution designed to preserve potable water in emergency eyewash stations. It is manufactured by Niagara Pharmaceuticals Inc. with ingredients such as Chlorhexidine gluconate and Purified Water. The preservative solution is effective in preserving from 5 to 20 US gallons of water. The bottle contains 236 mL (8F10z) of additive concentrate, which when combined with potable water, creates a saline solution that is used in self-contained emergency eyewash stations for external use only. The product comes with warnings and directions for use, including the addition of entire contents of the bottle to the eyewash station container, date and initial inspection, and regular cleaning and refilling every 120 days.
