CLINDAMYCIN PHOSPHATE TOPICAL GEL, 1%. This medication is a topical gel containing Clindamycin Phosphate which is an antibiotic used to treat acne. It is used once daily to the affected area. Each gram contains 10mg of Clindamycin Phosphate. This medication should be stored at controlled room temperature between 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F), and avoiding direct sunlight.
