The active ingredients in each 5 mL teaspoonful are Aluminum Hydroxide, 254 mg, and Magnesium Carbonate, 237.5 mg. There are warnings for individuals with kidney disease, those on a magnesium-restricted diet or sodium-restricted diet, and those taking prescription drugs. The maximum dosage should not be used for more than two weeks, and it should not be taken more than 16 teaspoonfuls in 24 hours. The product is suitable for adults and children 12 years and older, except for those under prescription medication who are advised to speak with a medical professional before use.
