Tuxarin ER™ C is a medication that comes in extended-release tablets containing codeine phosphate and chlorpheniramine maleate. Each tablet has 54.3mg/8mg of the active ingredients. The usual adult dosage is one tablet every 12 hours, with a total daily dose not exceeding two tablets. The medication should be stored at 20°C to 25°C and should be kept in a light-resistant container that is child-resistant.
