ARIKAYCE is a medication designed for oral inhalation only. It contains 28 sterile unit-dose vials, each containing amikacin 590mg/8.4mL (equivalent to amikacin sulfate 623mg/8.4mL). The medication is for a limited population only. Patients who want to use this medication are advised to store it refrigerated until the expiration date on the vial. Once expired, any unused medicine should be discarded. The medication can also be stored at room temperature up to 4 weeks.
