Bump & Bruise Reliever is a pain relief cream made with natural plant-based ingredients, including menthol (1.5%) for temporary relief from minor aches and pains associated with backache, sprains, strains, and bruises of muscles and joints. It is recommended for external use only and is flammable, so it must be kept away from open flames or excessive heat. The cream should not be applied to wounds or damaged skin, and caution should be taken not to get it in contact with the eyes or mucous membranes. It's advised to wash your hands after applying the cream with cool water, and it should not be used with a heating pad or device nor with other ointments, creams, sprays, or liniments. The cream is fragrance-free, free of alcohol, parabens, sulfates, mineral oil, and is kid-friendly. Adults and children over two years of age can apply a thin film over affected areas not more than four times daily, and children under two years of age should consult a physician. If the condition worsens or symptoms persist for more than seven days or clear up and recur, consumers should stop using the cream and consult a doctor.
