This is a drug facts label for Astonea Green Pain Relief Gel. The active ingredient is Menthol at a concentration of 5% for the purpose of relieving pain. This gel is used to temporarily relieve minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with backache, arthritis, strains, bruises, and sprains. The directions are to rub a thin film over the affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily. This product should be stored in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. The label warns that the product is flammable and should be kept away from excessive heat or open flame. It also warns not to apply on wounds, irritated or damaged skin, and not to bandage tightly or use with heating pad or device. If symptoms persist for more than 7 days, worsen, or reoccur, or if arthritis pain persists for more than 10 days or redness is present, stop use and consult a doctor.
