This petroleum jelly is formulated with white petrolatum (99.35%) to temporarily protect minor cuts, scrapes, burns, and sunburn. It also helps relieve chapped or cracked skin, protects from the drying effects of wind and cold weather, and can be used to treat and prevent diaper rash. However, it should not be used on deep or puncture wounds, animal bites, or serious burns. In case of ingestion, seek medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.
