This is a drug facts label for an Extra Strength Anti-Itch Cream containing Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride and Zinc Acetate. It is used to relieve itching associated with minor skin irritations and inflammation, insect bites, minor burns, sunburn, cuts, scrapes, and rashes due to poison ivy, oak, or sumac. The cream should only be used externally and not on large areas or with other products containing diphenhydramine. It provides temporary relief and should not be used on chickenpox or measles. Directions recommend applying to affected areas up to 3-4 times daily for adults and children over 2 years old. It is advised to consult a physician for children under 2 years old. The cream should be stored at 20°-25°C and should not be used if the tube seal is broken.*
