This is a hand sanitizer solution made according to the World Health Organization formulation. The solution is a non-sterile and topical solution that contains 80% alcohol as an active ingredient, and glycerin, hydrogen peroxide, purified water USP as inactive ingredients. It is meant to reduce bacteria that potentially can cause disease when soap and water are not available. However, it should not be used on children less than 2 months of age and open skin wounds. It is flammable and should be kept away from heat or flame. If swallowed, medical help should be sought immediately. The hand sanitizer should be placed enough on hands to cover all surfaces and rubbed until dry. It needs to be stored between 15−30°C (59−86°F) and should be avoided from freezing and excessive heat above 40°C (104°F).*
