Children's Dimetapp is a medication for cold and allergy relief in children over the age of six. It contains brompheniramine maleate as an antihistamine, and phenylephrine HCI as a nasal decongestant that assists in reducing symptoms like a stuffy, runny nose, itching of the nose or throat, and itchy water eyes due to hay fever. The dosage cup is provided, and the medicine should not be used more than directed nor with certain drugs for depression, psychiatry, or emotional conditions.
