Premarin is a vaginal cream that contains 0.625 mg of conjugated estrogens, USP per gram. It also includes cetyl esters wax, cetylalcohol, white wax, glyceryl monostearats, propylene alycol monostearate, methyl stearate, benzyl aloohcl, sodium lauryl sulfate, glycenn, and mietal ol. The usual dosage is given in the accompanying instructions. The cream must be stored at a temperature between 20°C to 25°C (68° to T7°F), with excursions allowed to 15 to 30°C (59" to 86°F).
