Perfect Choice® Turtle Melon® 1.23% APF topical gel is a thixotropic gel used for the prevention of dental caries through topical application. It is not intended for home or unsupervised consumer use and is stored at a controlled temperature range. The active ingredients of the gel are 1.23% w/w fluoride ion contained in 0.1 molar phosphoric acid obtained from sodium fluoride and hydrogen fluoride. If ingested, ensure medical help is promptly sought as it can be harmful to health. Hypersensitive individuals and patients with an allergy to fluoride should not use the gel.*
