These are CardinalHealth™ Ultra Lubricating Eye Drops. They are preservative-free and have Polyethylene Glycol 400, 0.4% and Propylene Glycol, 0.3% as active lubricating ingredients. These eye drops provide temporary relief from burning and irritation due to dryness of eyes. It is recommended to use as needed and see a doctor if the condition worsens. The product is a 25 single-use vial pack containing 0.01FL OZ (0.4 mL) of solution in each vial. Instructions to use and warnings are provided on the package.*
