This is a drug facts label for a lotion containing Hydrocortisone USP 1% (micronized) that provides temporary relief for minor skin irritations, inflammations, rashes and fches resulting from seborrheic dermatis, insect bites, eczema, psoriasis, detergents, cosmetics, jewelry, poison oak, poison ivy, poison sumac or other uses of the product under the advice and supervision of a doctor. The lotion is for external use only, and users should discontinue use upon worsened skin condition or symptoms persisting for more than seven days. The lotion must not be used without the consultation of a doctor for diaper rash. The product must be kept away from children and stored in a place free from extreme heat or cold. Inactive ingredients of the lotion include purified water, glycerin, cetyl alcohol, benzyl alcohol, sodium lauryl sulfate, stearyl alcohol, aloe vera, and xanthan gum.*
